Will it fit my head?

It's one size, very roomy with a stretchy knit body and a ribbed cuff you can wear folded for a snugger fit or unfolded for more room.

How often should beanies be washed?

Every few weeks of regular wear is plenty. The cotton and polyester blend holds up well; follow the care label and lay it flat to dry so the knit keeps its shape.
