Yes. The vinyl is water, scratch, and UV resistant, rated for up to three years of outdoor use. Condensation, rain, daily handling: it holds up. Indoor surfaces get even longer life.

Will it leave residue when I remove it?

No. The adhesive is designed to come off clean on hard, smooth surfaces. It stays put until you decide it doesn't.
